Reverse Retro’s

The Detroit Red Wings this morning revealed their “Reverse Retro” jerseys, which fans seem to have mix emotions about. Detroit made a color switch to the former “Detroit Cougars” jersey, or what some may call the “Barber Pole”. The Wings now have their first official black sweaters, the games in which they wear these uniforms is still to be determined.

Personally, I love the new look, I’ve always wanted to see Detroit wear black sweaters. Although I had hoped we would see the Winged Wheel incorporated when we did finally decide on black jerseys, I’m totally okay with the outcome.
