Kevin Holland will replace an injured Darren Till and will fight Jack Hermannsson on December 5th.

When it comes to breakout fighters of 2020 you have to put Kevin Holland at the top of the list. Holland is 4-0 in 2020 with notable UFC wins over Joaquin Buckley and Darren Stewart. Till announced on social media on Friday that he is out of his bout against Hermannsson due to an undisclosed injury.

Hermansson Is A Massive Test For Holland

If Trail Blazer can pull off the win on December 5th it will skyrocket the already rising star. Holland is making a big jump in competition by facing Hermansson who is #4 in the Middleweight division. Holland has taken advantage of the pandemic like no other fighter in the UFC. Short notice fights don’t always work out for the best for some fighters, but Holland staying active has proved to work out for Holland. Could you imagine if Kevin pulls off the upset and defeats Hermansson? Stranger things have happened.

UFC Fight Night 185 will take place at the UFC Apex on December 5th with Holland vs Hermansson serving as the main event. Here’s how the rest of the card is looking so far…

Talia Santos vs. Maryna Moroz

Jimmy Flick vs. Cody Durden

John Allan Arte vs. Roman Dolidze

Ovince Saint Preux vs. Jamahal Hill

Damon Jackson vs. Ilia Topuria
