Bashi Plans To Stay Active During The Pandemic

Austin Bashi may only be 1-0 in his professional MMA career, but the Michigan native has already had three fights in 2020 and is ready to turn things up in 2021. Standing at 5’3″ and weighing in at 125lbs, Bashi is the next best thing in the Bantamweight division. Fighting three times in 2020, Austin used the pandemic to prove that he is ready to go to the pros. Austin did just that in September making his pro debut with the Xtreme Fighting Championships. He earned his first pro victory via decision at XFC 43: Faria vs. Soukhamthath. The MMA world needs more Bantamweights and Austin is definitely a fighter to look out for in 2021.

Bashi sat down with Art from the Art of Combat Podcast to talk about his MMA beginnings, training during a pandemic, what is in store for 2021, and more.
