Dan Hooker is making he clear he wants to be the first one to have a crack at UFC newcomer Michael Chandler. In a recent interview with Submission Radio, Hooker said he is ready to expose former Bellator champ Michael Chandler and send him back to the B-leagues.

Hooker is coming off of a loss from Dustin Poirier at UFC Vegas 4. It’s also proof that Hooker is a legit top 5 contender. According to Dana White, Chandler is a current replacement for Khabib vs Gaethje should the UFC need one. Chandler vs Hooker would be a perfect first test for Chandler. Both fighters are durable and like to throw hands, so it would be a great match up for MMA fans. With everyone in the division calling out Chandler it will be interesting to see who he fights first. Chandler vs anyone in the Top 5 would make any MMA fan happy.
