Frank Mir is no longer a free agent. According to sources, the former two-time UFC Heavyweight champ has signed with Bare Knuckle Fight Club. The 41 year-old MMA fighter became a free agent after his contract with Bellator MMA ended. Mir now joins former UFC fighters Hector Lombard, Paige Vanzant, Chris Leben, and others who made the move from the UFC to BKFC.

Mir’s last fight in the MMA world ended in a decision victory over Roy Nelson, and the fight showed that even in his 40’s he has still got it. Mir has notable wins against Mirko Cro Cop, Brock Lesnar, and Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira. When it comes to the legends of the MMA Heavyweight division you have to add Frank to the mix. Sure, he’s is 19-13 in his MMA career, but that doesn’t showcase his true skills.
