After rumors swirled around the web about Brock’s departure from the WWE, the organization confirmed on Monday that Brock Lesnar is now a free agent and is no longer under contract. Lesnar has a record of 5-3-1 and is a former UFC champ. With UFC‘s Jon Jones annocung his arrival to the division things area about to get real interesting.

As of now, the former WWE superstar has no plans to return to the octagon. During an interview in 2019 WWE colleague Kurt Angle had this to say about Brock’s potential return….

“I hope he does return. He said he has retired. I think the one fight he wants. Not sure if it’s ever going to happen, he wants to fight against Jones. They are very different, their sizes are extremely different. But Brock is a freak. He might not win all his fight, he might not be the most polished fighter. He is an incredible athlete, and he could do anything he wants.”

Brock Lesnar has stacked up notable wins in his UFC career against Frank Mir, Randy Couture, and Shane Carwin. His last fight in the octagon was in July 2016 against Mark Hunt at UFC 200. Originally ruled a win for Lesnar, the fight was turned into a no contest after Lesnar tested positive for clomiphene.
