Devastating news hit the pro wrestling community on Tuesday night as Jay Briscoe, one half of the current ROH Tag Team Champions, has tragically passed away.

Jamin Pugh, known to fans as Jay Briscoe, was only 38 years old. He died in a tragic car accident where there was one other fatality. Many wrestlers and fans throughout the community paid tribute to the Ring of Honor star. Rest in Peace to a truly great performer and even better person.
Jay Briscoe and his brother Mark held the Ring of Honor Tag Team Championships a combined 13 times. The duo has spent over 20 years in ROH and just recent defeated FTR to become champions in an incredible tag team match at ROH Final Battle 2022. The support for Jay and his family has been overwhelming in a difficult time for the wrestling business.
