The Detroit Lions picked up their third-straight win by defeating the Giants 31 to 18 on Sunday. The Lions, now 4-6 on the season, put on their best performance in this game.

Alim McNeil and Jamaal Williams were the two shining stars for the Lions. McNeil had the game of his career recording three quarterback hits, three TFL’s for 10 yards, and a sack for a loss of eight yards. Williams, proving he’s RB1, recorded 17 carries for 64 yards and three touchdowns. Aidan Hutchinson and Kerby Joseph both added a couple of interceptions during this game as well.

Dan Campbell spoke after the win on the execution of their game plan.

“Everything that we said we had to do and needed to do to beat this team, we did that really for almost all of the game. You know, there was a couple of spots in there but you know, these guys are playing their asses off and they’re starting to figure out a way to win. We all are. And that’s a credit to these guys and the coaches.”
