Sean O’Malley Returns After Loss To Marlon Vera In August
After suffering his first loss in his MMA career, Sugar Sean O’Malley announced he will be returning to the octagon in February 2021. The 12-1 fighter took to Instagram to let his fans know he has a fight booked for February 13th…
The Sugar Show Needs A Finish To Keep Fans Talking
After making his debut on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contenders Series, The Suger Show became a household name. A devastating 1st round KO victory kicked off his career in the UFC and immediately O’Malley was a star. Since his debut, O’Malley has had notable wins over Andre Soukhamthath, José Alberto Quiñónez, and Eddie Wineland.
O’Malley suffered his first loss thanks to Marlon Vera in August at UFC 252. Truth be told Vera was really the first highly ranked fighter Sean had faced. Some fans considered the way O’Malley lost to be controversial, but a loss is a loss. A foot injury sustained during the fight has sidelined The Sugar Show but now the UFC star will be making his return in early 2021. There’s no word yet on who O’Malley will be facing. Honestly I’d love to see the UFC run back O’Malley vs Vera 2 just to shut the nonbelievers up, but it will be interesting to see what happens. Either way, the Sugar Show is back!
