Rasmussen on the Next Step for the Red Wings
In a conversation with members of the media, Michael Rasmussen was asked about the Red Wings’ future direction, and he shared his thoughts on the matter by stating. “I think our improved play as a unit and playing together as a unit. I think you saw it early into the new year into February. We beat some really good hockey teams. So if you look at those things it’s encouraging as a group, and we gotta continue that.”

David Perron on What Needs to Change
When asked about the changes necessary for the Red Wings to make it to the playoffs and push the team over the edge next year, David Perron offered his insights by stating… “We’re gonna need to push earlier and realize that the tough losses we are gonna have at times can make a difference. We are gonna have to feel the pain earlier so that raises the urgency of everyone in the locker room.”
