NFL Week 6 Best Bets and Player Props

Here we go, finally after a few weeks into the NFL season, I am going to be bringing too you all of my best bets and as well as some of my favorite player props that you should be taking in todays games. If you follow me on twitter (@boonersports) I always put out my full card for Sunday.
Last week, my bets went 13-6 with both game picks and player props. You will notice some trends I love, for example betting on underdogs to cover.
Similar to my College Football picks, you will see me bets a lot of the same teams each week, similar player props, and totals throughout the whole year.

When you find a play that hits consistently why not go back to the well and keep on hammering it. Lets get start now, here are my NFL best bets for week 6:

GAME PICKS:

Browns -2.5 (vs. Patriots)

To start off my NFL week 6 best bets. I love this Browns team in the spot vs. the Patriots. The Patriots coming of a blowout vs. Detroit and still not sure who they are putting on the field for there starting QB. On the other side, the Browns have lost 2 straight games in extremely close games. Playing at home, with Nick Chubb in the backfield and a veteran like Jacoby Brissett leading this team. I believe this will be a somewhat easy win for the Browns.

Giants +6 (vs. Ravens)

These are spots all gamblers look for on Sundays. A 4-1 New York Giants team at home as underdogs, when over 70% of the money is on the road team. I will take the Giants in this spot just based on respect for this football team. We’re through enough games now to see that the Giants aren’t just a bad team like we thought and they are going to fight in every game. This game is going to be decided on a field goal on the last possession and we will be sitting on the right side.

Bills -2.5 (@ Chiefs)

This matchup may just be the best regular season game of the 2022 season. We all remember last season playoff game between these two teams, with the Bills losing in brutal fashion just bye basically losing the coin toss in OT. This is another respect game. Not me respect the Bills, but the Bills wanting respect out of the whole league. They are going to head into KC and make a statement today.

Seahawks +2.5 (vs. Cardinals)

This game seems like a must win for the Cardinals to save there season. But, I just don’t see it happening. Everyone keeps doubting Geno Smith and this Seattle Seahawks team, and they keep coming out and proving all of us wrong and just stay in every game. Last week, they had a tough loss on the road in New Orleans, and I see them bouncing back this week back at home, one of the toughest places to play in the NFL.

Cowboys +6.5 (@ Eagles)

Sunday Night football action. I have to include the night game in my picks, but I already loved this pick. It seems like the whole world might be on the same side as me in this game, but that is because it is just the right side. Both of these teams defenses have been outstanding all season. And that will be what this game is about. I think this Cowboys defense can hold the Eagles under 24 points and on the other under I think the Cowboys have shown enough on offense that they can give you at least 21 to keep this game close.

TOTALS:

Cardinals/Seahawks OVER 50

This may be my favorite play in my NFL week 6 best bets. I love this over. Seattle is averaging over 25 PPG while Arizona’s defense is giving up around 25PPG as well. On the other side of the ball Seattle gives up over 30PPG. This game is screaming a shootout, and if you know anything about this Seattle team you know that is the story of there season.

Patriots/Browns OVER 43

You all might think I’m crazy taking an over against a Patriots defense, and especially when they might have a 3rd string QB playing. But, this Browns team is 4-1 this season on hitting the over, and they’re not just scoring 26 ppg but they are also giving up 25 ppg on defense. Another high scoring shootout game in Cleveland.

Jaguars/Colts UNDER 41

I mean, if we are just talking about a ugly game this is the perfect game. We were all high on the Jags offense but haven’t done much the last two weeks. With the Colts, I hope we all remember the 12-9 shootout they were in vs. Denver last week. This game has no chance of going over when the Colts are only scoring 13.8 ppg so far this season.

PLAYER PROPS:

Devin Duvernay (BAL)  o40.5 Rec. Yards

Is averaging 45 rec. yards per game this season. The last two weeks has had 54 yards and 51 yards.

Deon Jackson (IND) o13.5 Rec. Yards / Matt Ryan o21.5 Completions

Both Taylor and Hines are out for the Colts today. Deon Jackson is the next man up. In his game last week he had 13 carries, but also had 4 targets out of the backfield for 29 yards. 22 yards seems like a steal as the lead back.

David Njoku (CLE) o38.5 Rec. Yards

This line is set way too low. Njoku in his last 3 outings has put up 88, 73, & 89 yards. Seems like he is just getting start this season so why not hammer this while it is low.

Breece Hall (NYJ) o12.5 Rush Att.

This is just an easy play that everyone needs to be on. Since taking over the lead back a few weeks ago Hall has gotten 18 and 17 carries. Give me the over on this every week.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling (KC) o46.5 Rec. Yards

Valdes-Scantling is averaging 51 yards per game so far this season. The last two week he is getting around 6-7 targets per game and has gotten 90 and 63 yards. In a big game with the Bills that will have a ton of points, this may go way over.

Saquon Barkley (NYG) o71.5 Rush Yards

I love this play today. Barkley has been back to his old self and has hit this 72 yard mark in 4 of 5 games this season. He is getting the carries and this Giants offense is relying on him to make plays.

ANYTIME TOUCHDOWN:

Saquon Barkley -159 (NYG)

Jeff Wilson Jr. -129 (SF)

Mike Evans -103 (TB)

Jalen Hurts -108 (PHI)

Parlayed together: +1009

NFL PARLAY:

5 Leg Parlay : +1412

Nick Chubb o91.5 Rush Yds.

Aaron Rodgers o1.5 TDs

Gabriel Davis o57.5 Rec Yds.

Josh Allen o299.5 Pass Yds.

Dallas Goedert o45.5 Rec Yds.
