1. Michael Thomas NO

Finishing in the Top 5 Fantasy WR’s 9 of his last 12 games in 2019 I don’t expect him to slow down.  Drew Brees is in his swan song year (Woodward Fantasy QB Rankings) and should be motivated to go out with a bang.  Expect Thomas to be the beneficiary.

2. Davante Adams GB

Bad news is, Green Bay added NO help at WR this off-season.  Good news is, Green Bay added NO help at WR this off-season.  Adams is now option A, B and C.  He only trailed Micheal Thomas in weekly Top 5 WR finishes last year.

3. DeAndre Hopkins ARI

A Top 5 Fantasy WR in 4 of the last 5 seasons Hopkins should have a solid year.  It’s tough to gauge the amount of targets he will get from Kyler Murray, but he is the clear #1 in a good offense. Some people have him #1 overall.  I’m reserved in doing that due to poor offensive line play and NFL D Coordinators knowing Kliff Kingsbury‘s offense better this season.

4. Julio Jones ATL

He’s a super freak.  31 years old and still gets the numbers to make him a Top 5 guy.  He has been lacking in the TD department and has dropped 17 passes in the past 3 seasons (tied for first). But that should make you shy away from him as a Top 5 WR  He puts up volume and yards.  Solid guy to build around.

5. Tyreek Hill KC

Anyone else excited about a full year of Hill in KC’s offense?  One stat I love, he has never finished lower than 4th in PPS (points per snap)  The more snaps the more points!  Hill could be the #1 guy at season end if healthy.

6. Chris Godwin TB

Im so interested to watch what Tom Brady does in this offense.  If Jameis Winston can throw for 5000 yards, how many can Brady throw for?  Or will Brady be more conservative and manage the game better?  It’s all up in the air right now  Godwin will get his share no matter what.  He should be Brady’s #1.

7. Kenny Golladay DET

After last season where he proved it didn’t matter who the QB was, just know Golladay gets in the end zone.  It could be Uncle Rico throwing him the ball.  If Stafford can stay healthy this season Golladay has a shot at a Top 5 season.

8. Allen Robinson II Chi

Everyone sleeps on AR15.  As an Orchard Lake St Mary’s Alum, I’ve watched him since high school.  This kid can ball.  He will get 150 targets this year.  He was a Top 10 WR last year.  Foles may be the new QB, that’s good.  Mitch may get better and beat Foles, that’s good.  Robinson will be the clear #1 for the Bears.  You might be able to steal him as low as the 13th WR off the board.

9. JuJu Smith-Schuster PIT

Can Juju be a true #1?  I think so!   Big Ben is back meaning Juju will get the targets.  Can Juju take the next step this year?  That is the question. I like his upside and I’m willing to gamble a little with him inside the Top 10.

10. Mike Evans TB

Same as Godwin.  I just don’t know how Tom Brady is going to manage that offense.  I moved Mike a little lower than most have him. Last year 53% of his points came in just 3 games.  Boom or bust, but will win you some games by himself.

11. Amari Cooper DAL

Someone say Boom or Bust?  That has been the M.O. for Cooper since joining the Cowboys. CeeDee Lamb should actually help Cooper this season.  How can you defend Cooper, Gallup and Lamb?  One thing you can’t do is double Amri as much.  This should help him get more open looks and targets from Dak

12. Adam Thielen MIN

Stefon Diggs is gone.  Rookie Justin Jefferson is in.  Thielen can put up monster numbers.  If Jefferson doesnt become a reliable #2 he could see some regression. The opposite of Cooper getting Lamb, Thielen is going to be easy to double.

13. Odell Beckham Jr. CLE

You down with ODB?  Mehhhh.  After last season’s underwhelming performance it’s tough to get excited for OBD this year.  But then I remember just how good he can be.  Mayfield should rely on him more and I think he will this year. If he can get the targets and turn some slants into big plays OBD will be back on Top of the Fantasy WR world.

14. Robert Woods LAR

A top 15 WR the past 2 seasons, I don’t see any reason to move him out of that slot.  He only scored 2 TD’s last year.  If that number goes to 4 it will boost him up.  He will be the #1 WR in a Ram’s system that will lean more on the pass.  Woods could see near 140 targets this season.  If he does he will be a Top 10 Fantasy WR.

15. DJ Moore CAR

I loved the way Moore was tracking the first 2 years of this career.  With a new QB in Bridgewater and a new system, he is in line for a regression.  I’ve seen him as high as 8 on some lists.  That is a major gamble when you could have a Golladay or Robinson in that slot.  He is a border Top 15 guy this year.  Don’t over buy him.

16. A.J. Brown TEN

A full year with Tannehill at QB and Derrick Henry returning should give Brown all the firepower he needs to be a great WR2.  I love him at this spot.  High ceiling, High floor.

17. Calvin Ridley ATL

Ridley was a Top 15 guy when he shut it down before week 14 last year.  Now that Sanu and Hooper have left, Ridley and Jones are left to get ALL of Matt Ryan’s love.  He is locked in as ATL’s #2 and should be a safe pick here.

18. Cooper Kupp LAR

Tyler Higbee put a damper on what would have been a solid 2019.  When Higbee started to emerge Kupp’s target share dropped from 25% to 15%! Brandin Cooks leaving should help, but not enough to make him a Top 15 guy.

19. Terry McLaurin WFT

Scary Terry!  My sleeper pick for this year.  If you can even still call him a sleeper after his monster rookie year.  Washington was last in almost everything on offense last year and McLaurin was able to show he has what it takes to be a potential WR1.  Ron Rivera will put him in great spots to win.  He is a steal at 19.

20. Courtland Sutton DEN

Another guy I’m fading on while others are warming is Sutton.  He was THE only weapon last year in Denver.  Now they have Melvin Gordon, drafted Jerry Judy and KJ Hamler (another Orchard Lake St Mary’s boy). Just too many new mouths to feed for Sutton to move up.
