Diego Sanchez is either one of the greatest trolls of all time or he’s someone who shouldn’t drink and tweet ever again.
UFC Welterweight legend Diego Sanchez has a history of doing things his way. The 38 year-old Sanchez decided to air out his feelings on Twitter while claiming he was just a “little buzzed” but his tweets say otherwise. Calling someone out on Twitter is a normal thing in the MMA world, but of course Sanchez doesn’t do anything the normal way. Here’s the tweet Sanchez sent to retired UFC fighter and now commentator Dan Hardy…
Dan Hardy of course wasted no time responding to the Ultimate Fighter 1 contender…
Hardy is 100% correct making the observation that Sanchez needs a psychological evaluation. Sanchez also decided to shoot his shot at a fight against Conor McGregor, wanted to let Jon Jones know he’s living out of his truck, and claimed bots are hired to “kill his identity”…
Listen, you can only get hit in the head so many times before it starts to really affect your brain. Sanchez is 100% a legend of the sport, but it’s long overdue for him to hang up the gloves. The battles he’s endured have drastically affected him as a person over the years. You can see it in every one of his interviews and now you can see it via Twitter.
It’s really sad to see a legend of the sport go out like this. Someone please take his Twitter away. Nothing good is going to come out of drunk tweets from Sanchez. He’s past his prime and as much as I appreciate his stand and bang fighting style it’s time for him to hang it up.
