The Detroit Lions look to extend their two-game winning streak verse the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium on Sunday. This would be the team’s second road win under Head Coach Dan Campbell.
The Lions’ defense has been steadily improving throughout this season but they will need to come out ready today. They face another mobile quarterback in Daniel Jones and a stud running back in Saquon Barkley, so stopping the run will be huge for them today.
Detroit is without Charles Harris, Josh Paschal, and Josh Reynolds due to injury. The Giants are also facing a few injuries and will be without TE Daniel Bellinger and most likely without OT Evan Neal.
Kick-off at MetLife Stadium is set for 1pm ET.
Here are our staff picks and predictions for today’s game:
Darren McCarty: Lions 24, Giants 23
Ryan Ermanni: Lions 38, Giants 28
Jeff Iafrate: Giants 27, Lions 21
Eazy: Giants 24, Lions 27
Tom Mazawey: Giants 24, Lions 20
Spencer Raxter: Lions 31, Giants 27
Neal Ruhl: Lions 17, Giants 14
Maddy Miller: Lions 21, Giants 17
Do the Lions make it three straight wins over the New York Giants today?
The Giants probably wanted to sign Kenny Golladay right after the last time #Lions beat them. #OnePride #DETvsNYG
