Boon’s Best Bet of the Week: #5 Clemson @ #21 Wake Forest 12:00pm
Bet: #5 Clemson -7
I’m looking to push this Best bets of the Week to 4-1 this week. I was extremely close to hitting USC for a 3rd straight week but decided to moved them down a few spots on the list here and pick a Top 25 matchup to hand out for my best bet. Out of all the big matchups we have lined up for today, there is one play that is extremely easy to me. It’s simple, Clemson has owned this Wake Forest program the last 13 years. That’s right, Wake Forest hasn’t beaten Clemson in their last 13 matchups. Even last season when Wake Forest had one of their best season in a while and Clemson one of their worst. Clemson still beat them 48-27. Don’t fall for the Wake Forest hype, Clemson still runs the ACC right now, give me a touchdown in this matchup every time.

Overs Play of The Week: Rice @ Houston 6:00pm
Bet: OVER 52.5
Back to Back weeks with Houston in my overs bet. We are taking this bet over .500 after this game. Houston and Rice are combined 6-0 in there overs this season so far. Both teams are averaging over 30 points per game but they are both also giving up over 32 points per game. This game should fly over with ease. Not the best matchup, but we can all agree we love watching points getting put up on the board in any football game.

Under Play of The Week: Kansas St. @ #6 Oklahoma 8:00pm
Bet: UNDER 52.5
Taking the same approach as the Under bet, both Oklahoma and Kansas St. are combined 0-5-1 on the under so far this season. Suprisngly, this has been one of my best sections of the blog so far this season going 4-0. I wanted to go back again to the well and hit the Ole Miss under, but I love this matchup, and love this game to go under. Both of these teams hold their opponents to 10 points per game or lower. Even with Oklahoma averaging 42 points per game, I would expect this Kansas St. defense to slow them down a little bit, we might be looking at a 35-14 game and cruise the under.

Oklahoma's defense has given up 30 points through the first three games of 2022.
Last season, they gave up 35 points in the season-opener against Tulane. #OUDNA | #BoomerSooner pic.twitter.com/viEKKfQiUt
Dog of the Week/Upset: Iowa @ Rutgers 7:00pm
Bet: Rutgers ML +270
I have been struggling trying to find the dogs so far this season. But, I really love my underdog play this week. A BIG 10 matchup, with a Rutgers team at home as the underdog. Most people would over look this game just because it is Rutgers. But not me. This is suppose to be one of the best atmosphere at Rutgers that they have had in over 8 years with it already being a sold out crowd. We have seen this Iowa team struggle to score and really rely on their defense. Well, in a tough road environment it takes one or two big plays for this Rutgers team to take this game over. Rutgers 17 Iowa 10 in a big upset in Piscataway.

BIG TEN Play: Minnesota @ Michigan State 3:30pm
Bet: OVER 50.5
This has been my toughest play all season. 0-4 in the BIG 10 and most likely have mushed every team I bet on during this stretch. This week were just picking a total and going to fight for it. I love this over. We saw last week Michigan States loss to Washington giving up 39 points. I think we may be running into something similar this weekend in East Lansing. Minnesota is averaging 49 points per game and Michigan State is averaging 38 points per game. I believe it will be a shootout till the end, but like last week Michigan State will be giving up a lot of points with a questionable defense vs. a good Minnesota offense. To stay in the game Michigan States offense will need to be firing on all cylinders. This game just screams over. Lets get our first BIG 10 win here and build.

Super Conference Play: #20 Florida @ #11 Tennessee 3:30pm
Bet: #20 Florida +10.5
A perfect 3-0 record on the line. I’m looking to keep that record undefeated with week 4 best bets. The biggest matchup of the day with Florida going to Tennessee. We know Knoxville is going to be rocking and those fans will be ready to go. But, Florida has one 16 of these last 17 matchups and have completely dominated this series. Yes, new head coach and quarterback. But this Florida team is going to come ready to play knowing the meaning of this game, especially with already having a big loss under their belt to Kentucky.
Let's go do the work.

Bonus Play #1: #7 USC @ Oregon St. 9:30pm
Bonus Play #2: #10 Arkansas vs. #23 Texas A&M 7:00pm
Bet: #7 USC -5.5 / #10 Arkansas +2
This week I am rolling with 2 bonus plays. I love both USC and Arkansas today and wanted to hand out two winners. Starting with #7 USC vs. Oregon St. Yes, I know USC is on the road. But this line is as disrespectful as ever. Every week the sports books are handing out low lines for this elite USC team and we can keep taking advantage of it. This is another two touchdown win for this USC team and just might be the easiest bet of the year. Moving into the Arkansas vs. Texas A&M game. Last week, I think everyone was on Miami except me when I was on Texas A&M. Now, when everyone zigs were going to zag, after Texas A&M win last week most people might be looking at them to win this game as favorites. But, I am a HUGE KJ Jefferson fan, and really think this is there season turning game. Arkansas playing at Jerry’s World vs. a top 25 team, I love Arkansas to win this game and make a statement tonight.
