After a dominating performance over Dan Ige in July, Calvin Kattar is ready to get back into the octagon and has his eyes set on Max Holloway. During an interview with The Schmo, Kattar’s coach said they want Calvin Kattar vs Max Holloway in the next season of The Ultimate Fighter.

The Ultimate Fighter has been on hiatus for over two years. Dana White announced the show is coming back soon though, so this matchup is a possibility. Kattar is on the rise and Holloway is 1-3 in his last two fights. In my opinion, I think this is the perfect match up to make next. Calvin needs a true test before making a case to fight for the belt and Holloway is the perfect choice. Dana White has stated that he’ll start filming the series after UFC 254. We’ll see what the UFC decides to do after Fight Island.
