Derrick Barnes spoke on how he and Malcolm Rodriguez have been learning from each other.

Although Rodriguez is just a rookie he has set the tone for the Linebackers room.  After watching Hard Knocks, it’s easy to see why coach Kelvin Sheppard is so high on the LB.
