The Detroit Lions offense has been firing on all cylinders lately. They did not punt once in their blowout win over the Jags and had over 400 yards of total offense. There have been many stats floating out there about the offense, but the one that was floated out this morning by Andrew Sicilliano stands out.
Lions has 8 possessions (other than taking a knee) Sunday.
Lions scored on ALL 8 possessions.
No @NFL team had scored on every possession in a regular season game in 4 years.@NFLResearch

Jared Goff went 31-for-41 for 340 yards and a pair of TDs. The running game of D’Andre Swift and Jamaal Williams combined for 97 yards and two touchdowns. Swift’s 111 total yards are his second highest of the season. Williams tied Barry Sanders’s touchdown record for most in one season with 14 on Sunday.
Detroit looks to get themselves in the playoff picture as they host Minnesota on Sunday.
