The Bad Boy ear of Detroit Basketball is a thing of lore.  Two of the leaders of that team, Isiah Thomas and Bill Laimbeer, were spotted at a WNBA game this week.

Seeing the Bad Boys together again give us all in Detroit a nice little buzz of happiness. Both Isiah and Bill are two of my favorite all-time Detroit athletes.  The girt they played with would make Dan Campbell tear up.

Bill Laimbeer went on to coach the Detroit Shock to WNBA championships.  He most recently coached the Las Vegas Ace’s.

Isiah Thomas did not have as much luck as NBA GM and Head Coach. But has still had a nice career after playing in the NBA.

There was a time when these two would throw blows in practice.  One incident Isiah broke his hand on Bills face. But that was the hard nosed attitude of the Bad Boys.  It was also the mentality of that team. So it’s nice to see the two out and about together again!
