If your team started 0-1 this is a must win week for you. Here are the guys you should be starting if you have them for Fantasy Football Week 2.
Match ups are everything on game day. Fantasy Football Week 2 has some great ones. I’m looking for a few players to bounce back after a poor week 1 and a few players to continue their week 1 performances. Here is who you must start:
Must Start Week 2
Jonathan Taylor
With Marlon Mack going on the IR, its time for Jonathan Taylor to shine. Taylor was arguably the best running back prospect to come out of this years draft. Although, Taylor has been compared to Saquon Barkley in size and speed there were some questions about his hands. After a solid week 1 performance where he was still behind Mack and Hines. Taylor showed he can catch the ball with 6 receptions for 62 yards.
We already know what he can do on the ground. So I expect a BIG break out game for Jonathan Taylor.
Aaron Rodgers
Aaron Rodgers went full Aaron Rodgers in week 1 with 364 Yards and 4 TD’s. I dont see the beat up Detroit Lions being able to slow him down at all. Matt Patrica loves to play man defense. The Packers love to shred that Defense with crossing routs. It truly is amazing that with really only one good WR on the roster in Adams that Rodgers can continually make stars out of role players. I wouldnt be surprised if Aaron throws for 500 Yards and 3 TDs. Must Start Aaron Rodgers.
Jared Cook
With Micheal Thomas out Jared saw 7 targets last week. I would expect him to see at least that this week when the Saints play The Raiders. Cook has become a reliable outlet for Drew Brees. He caught 5 of his 7 targets last week for 80 yards. If you can see that type of production week in and week out Cook can have a monster year. I do get concerned with Taysom Hill stealing some goal line targets and touches but if you have Cook you need to start him.
Any WR from Dallas
I fully expect the Dallas offense to get back on track against the Falcons. A lot of points will be put up on the scoreboard between these 2 team. Amari Cooper has been slowed this week due to a toe injury but appears to be fine for the game. Micheal Gallup and CeeDee Lamb are both sleeper picks this week. I would feel confident staring any one of these guys. If Seattle can light up the Falcons, The Cowboys Trio shoud have a BIG day catching the football.
