The Detroit Lions look to overcome a heartbreaking loss on Thanksgiving today as they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Lions have their fanbase overly excited as Jameson Williams is set to make his NFL debut. Romeo Okwara was also activated off of PUP yesterday. This team is the healthiest they’ve been so far this season. Even wide receivers Coach Antwaan Randle El said it felt like training camp at practice having so many guys on the field. The wide receiver room now has Amon-Ra St. Brown, DJ Chark, Jameson Williams, Josh Reynolds, and Kalif Raymond. Not to forget, of course, they also have Jamaal Williams and D’Andre Swift in their offensive tool belt.
The Jaguars are coming off a big win against the Baltimore Ravens. Quarterback Trevor Lawrence is finally starting to find his groove which could be dangerous for Detroit. With both teams standing at 4-7 on the season, both teams are in must-win situations.
This will also be the first time the top two 2022 NFL Draft picks will meet in the big leagues. Travon Walker and Aidan Hutchinson will be compared for years to come, but as of this point, Hutchinson takes the cake as the most productive of the two so far.
Kick-off at Ford Field is set for 1pm ET.
