The Detroit Lions don’t get much national love. Usually when we do we don’t display the Best of Detroit. The NFL has decided to flex Detroit’s schedule in December.

News out of the Detroit Lions camp came today that the NFL is “Flexing” one of our December home games to a nationally televised game. The schedule change gives us a Saturday Game!

This puts the Lions on a Nationally Televised game! But, it’s against Tom Brady and our old friend Mr. Suh. I do not expect the Detroit Lions to have a great showing in this game. By that time who knows what our record will be. All I know is the Lions have been pushed into the spotlight and they have an opportunity to play spoiler for the Bucs and Brady.
