In a head scratching move the Detroit Lions picked up Free Agent Adrian Peterson.

According to reports the Detroit Lions have agreed to terms with Ex Vikings Running Back Adrian Peterson. After drafting D’Andre Swift in the 2nd round of the 2020 NFL draft and having Kerryon Johnson on the roster, this move can only mean one thing. Johsnon is not going to become the back we all hoped he would.

Peterson should take the majority of between the tackles carries and push Johnson out of a lot of carries. I see Swift as the main pass catcher out of the back field. This is an interesting pick up for the Detroit Lions. How will Matt Patrica use AP? I guess we will find out Sunday vs the Chicago Bears!
